CITY OF KORONADAL — Forty-three (43) employees belongiing to the Top 5% Best Performing Employees were awarded Certificates of Recognition by the Provincial Government of South Cotabato during the regular Mondat Convocation yesterday (March 7) held at the Provincial Covered Court, Provincial Capitol compound, this city.y.
Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. was on hand to award the certificates after the Provincial Veterinary Office (PVET), the sponsor of the convocation program, gave the latest update on their anti-rabies and other veteribary programs
The awardees were accompanied by their respective Chief of Office during the awarding program.
In their roster of regular employees, the provincial government has almost 1,000 employees of which the top 5% in the over-all performance rating ranking upon evaluation of the province’s Performance Management Team (PMT) is endorsed to the Governor for approval to receive the award.
The awardees 2020 Performance Rating was the basis used for the awarding of the Certificates of Recognition, according to the Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO). .
The giving of awards and incentives to deserving employees is part of the PRAISE or Program on Awards and Incntives in Service Excellence under the supervision of the PHRMO.
