Governor Tamayo Calls for Unity and Cooperation to Build a Stronger Society

South Cotabato, Philippines- In a heartfelt and inspiring message during the recent Governor Meets the Press event, South Cotabato Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. urged the people to unite and cooperate to foster progress and development in the province.

Governor Tamayo emphasized the importance of solidarity in addressing challenges and highlighting that true progress can only be achieved when individuals, communities, and the government work together.

“Ang pinaparating ko sa mga kababayan natin dito sa ating probinsya na kailangan nating mag ka isa para sa adhikain pangkahalatan ng ating lalawigan. Gumawa tayo ng paraan para mag kaisa tayo para sa iisang adhikain para sa ikakauulad at patuloy na pag unlad ng ating lalawigan,” the governor said.

During his address, Governor Tamayo outlined several key initiatives to boost the province’s economic growth, enhance public services, and promote social welfare. He encouraged local government units, private organizations, and citizens to participate in these programs, stressing that collaboration is the cornerstone of sustainable development.

Tamayo also highlighted the value of mutual support in times of crisis, referencing the recent community-driven initiatives that showcased the strength of unity among South Cotabateños.

“Nag iisa na tayo para sa iilang adhikain ipagpatuloy natin ang pagkakaisa meron tayo. Dahil sa pagkakaisa na yan nasisiguro ko na makakatamtan ang tunay na progreso at kaunlaran ng ating lalawigan.” Tamayo added.
