The provincial government of South Cotabato will conduct a province-wide clean-up drive and beautification this coming April 22 in celebration of World Earth Day.
In a memorandum issued early this week, Governor Daisy Avance Fuentes enjoined all provincial capitol employees to conduct an In-house clean-up drive and beautification on said date from 8am to 10 am by way of general cleaning and beautification of the different offices.
The provincial capitol activity will synchronized with the clean-up drive activities along major streets and highways province-wide.
Now on its 45th year of celebration, this year’s World Earth Day theme is “IT’S OUR TURN TO LEAD.”
