CATCH-UP delivery of government services at Sitio Datal Long in Tboli

The South Cotabato Convergence Approach for Transformation and Change-Unification Program (CATCH-UP) led by Gov. Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. brought essential services to Sitio Datal Long in Tboli, South Cotabato. The initiative, known as “South Cotabato Convergence Operations,” served over 100 individuals with various services from different provincial government agencies.

Key services provided included health screenings by the Integrated Provincial Health Office (IPHO), veterinary support by the Provincial Veterinary Office (PVet), social welfare information by the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office, family planning orientation by the Provincial Population Office, and distribution of vegetable seedlings by the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPag).

The instruction of Gov. Tamayo to the team upon validating the identified problem of the convergence areas was to deliver any provincial government services suited to the needs of the communities, and we are very happy to bring our services closer to the far flung communities of South Cotabato.” CATCH-UP team leader Community Affairs Office IV Maria Ana Uy said.

In addition to the services mentioned earlier, the CATCH-UP team provided water jugs and a food package, courtesy of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (PDRRMO), to families with multiple members facing disabilities. They also organized social activities for children.

Community leader Wari Timway expressed gratitude for the provincial government’s efforts and hoped for continued support. The CATCH-UP team also distributed water jugs, food packages, and organized social activities for children. The team’s efforts were supported by various members including PDO2 Cris Pingkunn Fuentes, Convergence Officer Alfredo Galino Jr., Engr.
