The Drama Festival started by the Theater Arts group “Apat sa Taglamig” or popularly known as AST will continue next year, AST stalwart Jim Raborar disclosed during an interview.
AST will showcase their Drama Festival the whole month of Februrary next year which is celebrated as National Arts Month (NAM).
Raborar, who attended the recent 4th Quarter Regular Meeting of the South Cotabato Culture & Arts Council (SCCAC) held at Lemsnolon Home Stay, T’boli, said that they (AST) will tap again students of the Special Program for the Arts (SPA), a program under the Department of Education (DepEd).
Every weekend in February, Raborar pointed out, “SPA students will perform in their respective clustered area just like last year.”
AST Theater Arts group is one of the Art Disciolines represented in SCCAC.
