SOUTH COTABATO PRODUCES 5 NEW KPSP-SCHOLAR-LAWYERS

In every corner of the world, the legal profession stands as a symbol of justice, upholding the pillars of law and order. It is a noble pursuit that demands intellect, dedication, and perseverance.

The province congratulates the new bar passers for September 2023 Bar; Atty. Kaye Cristelle Lavente, Atty. Ernie Lumbu-an Jr., Atty. Rhona Fae Directo, Atty. Jhun Miranda and Atty. Jasper Kent Perez  who are recipients of the Kabugwason Paglaum Scholarship and Grant-In-Aid program their dedication, perseverance, and academic excellence have led to this remarkable achievement.

As the new lawyers of South Cotabato, these scholars are poised to make significant contributions to South Cotabato. Armed with legal knowledge and ethical integrity, they are equipped to champion the cause of justice, defend the rights of the marginalized, and uphold the principles of democracy. Their presence in the legal profession enriches our legal system, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and fairness.

In an interview with the two lawyers

“Padayon lang sainyo pangarap hindi gid dali ang pag skwela sang Law, continue to pray, continue study to read and work hard, kasabay gid sang pag paningkamot nila ang pag pangamuyo man, bisan ano mo ka study kung hindi ihatag saimo hindi gid na para saimo, sabay gid na sila duha, ora and lebora-word and prayer”-Atty. “Wala nako na-hassel mangita sang financial nakon nga ishoulder para sakon nga review kag sa akon study as a whole kay dako gid ang bulig sang Kabugwason kay naga shoulder na gid nila tanan sa mga books, tuition kag may ara pa sang  allowance.”– Atty. Jhun L.  Miranda
