KORONADAL CITY, SOUTH COTABATO – Seven (7) contingents have confirmed their participation in the upcoming Float Competition, one of the highlights of the Civic-Military Parade marking the official opening of the T’nalak Festival.
According to Population Program Officer IV and Committee Coordinator Jo-Ann Palacio, the following groups are set to take part in the competition: Bureau of Fire Protection Region 12, Association of Barangay Captains of Tampakan, Department of Agriculture 12, Sampuan Sto. Niño, Barangay Talisay-Lake Sebu, and the National Food Authority.
Winners of the competition will receive the following prizes:
🏆 First Prize – ₱140,000.00
🥈 Second Prize – ₱120,000.00
🥉 Third Prize – ₱100,000.00
Additionally, ₱60,000.00 consolation prizes will be awarded for non-winning contingents.
The Civic-Military Parade and Float Competition will take place on July 11 at 7:00 AM.
Meanwhile, the Provincial Population Office remains open to private individuals and groups still interested in joining the Civic-Military Parade.
Spectators can witness the parade along the stretch of Gensan Drive—starting in front of Habi Hotel, passing through Jaycee Avenue, and culminating at the South Cotabato Sports Complex.
